New Release! Review: "Xerox" Wicked Throttle MC #1 by Esther Schmidt

As a huge fan of hers (as in read every published book so far!), I was thrilled to see that she was releasing another installment to a new MC series. Not only that but the eye candy on the cover? HOLY HOT TAMALES CAPTAIN HOTTIE! Don’t tell Pokey, but Xerox may be running a close second on the Hottie Scale for me! Ok, so onto the real review as I try to fan away the heat flash!

Xerox is an artist who can grasp images that catch his eye and switch them into masterpieces. For him, not only as the creative soul he is but also as the Prez of the club he appreciates the unexpected. Afterall, how can you not when inspiration grabs you or trouble makes its way to your club doors? For Xerox, it started when he met Maci, a woman that took his breath away in more than one way. She becomes his muse, his obsession and his old lady before she even knows it! When she ends up in some kind of trouble she needs help. But will she take his help?

Maci has carried a lot on her shoulders for a long time. Being the oldest of a family of misfits has aged her beyond her young years. She has a lot of suggestions for her brothers on how to stay the heck out of trouble and to get their heads together, even if she has to knock them to it! But when it comes to push or shove, they are her life. She has worked her bum off for all of them. When does it become all too much? What is it about Xerox stepping in to help that brings such a rampant wave of emotions? She’s used to being in charge, what she’s not used to is an alpha male type her makes her blood boil! Can she accept him and his help?

Together they fall for the legend and their lives change drastically. The cast of characters that are introduced in this one are interesting, chaotic, amusing and in some ways, under dogs. You can already tell they’re an odd ball family type bunch that will set this series on fire like the other ones.

This is a quick-ish read filled with sexy, hot moments, spins of humor, intrigue and cheering! I can’t WAIT to learn more about Barlow!!!!! For me, he intrigues me like Pokey did in Areion Flux and Broke from Broken Deeds! HOT HOT HOT!!!! Another winner, winner chicken dinner! Thanks my friend for the awesome read!
